This Privacy Policy explains how Serelisse ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit serelisse.com or place an order. We are the data controller of your personal data.

1. The data we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and the contents of any message you send us.
- Payment information: card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and activity on our site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from third parties: limited analytics and advertising data from providers such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), where you have consented to cookies.

2. How we use your data, and our legal basis
- Process, fulfil and deliver your order — performance of a contract.
- Customer service and handling returns — contract / our legitimate interests.
- Sending marketing emails (if you opt in) — your consent.
- Site analytics and measuring or improving our ads — your consent (cookies) / legitimate interests.
- Fraud prevention and site security — legitimate interests.
- Meeting tax, accounting and legal obligations — legal obligation.
You can withdraw consent at any time (for example, unsubscribe from emails or change your cookie choices) without affecting processing already carried out.

3. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to run the store, and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. This includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API, which help us measure and improve our advertising. Through these tools, certain data (such as your device information and, in hashed form, your email or phone) may be shared with Meta. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through our cookie banner, and change your choice at any time.

4. Who we share your data with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the shop, and only as needed:
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform and website hosting.
- Our payment provider(s) — to process payments securely.
- SelfNamed — our fulfilment partner, to produce and ship your order.
- Meta — for advertising measurement, where you have consented.
- Our email provider — to send order and (if you opt in) marketing emails.
- Public authorities — only where we are legally required to do so.

5. International transfers
Some of our providers (including Shopify and Meta) are based in, or process data in, the United States and other countries outside the European Economic Area. Where your data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep your data
We keep order and transaction records for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically several years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other personal data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@serelisse.com and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Cyprus this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).

8. Children
Our site and products are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support@serelisse.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with its "last updated" date.
