Product use and safety

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and are intended for external use only. Always use each product as directed and read the full ingredient list shown on its page before use. Patch test a new product before applying it more widely, and stop use if irritation occurs.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a skin condition, or have known allergies or sensitivities, please review the ingredients and consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Nothing on this site is intended as medical advice or as a substitute for professional care. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

Content you share with us

If you tag us (for example @serelisseofficial), use our hashtags, or send us photos, videos, reviews or other content, you grant Serelisse a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display and share that content on our website, social media, emails and marketing, with credit to your handle where practical.

You confirm that the content is yours to share, that you have the consent of anyone who appears in it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You can ask us to stop using your content at any time by emailing support@serelisse.com, and we will remove it from surfaces we control going forward.

Pricing and errors

We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover an error in the price or description of something you've ordered, we'll let you know and give you the choice to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders and resale

Our products are sold for personal use. We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be for resale or commercial redistribution.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law, including your right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days where applicable.
